• What raw materials do you use to produce finished products?

We use 51% of coffee grounds and the rest is made with various types of plastic including PE, PP and PLA.

• Are your products biodegradable and compostable?

The bio components in the cups/mugs are made from coffee bio-composite so they are biodegradable, specifically the Bio component will break down into inorganic substances within 12 months in a moist soil environment or industrial composting. Our products should not be disposed of in your compost.

• Where are coffee grounds collected and where are they manufactured?

We collect coffee grounds from various major coffee shop chains in Vietnam. We manufacture our products in Vietnam.

• How long can your cups and mugs from coffee grounds last?

We recommend using the products within a period of 2 years for the best physical properties, after 2 years the products may break more easily in case of shock.

• Are your products safe for use in the dishwasher and microwave?

Yes, our cups and mugs have been tested (SGS/TUV/Eurofins…) and certified as dishwasher-friendly and microwave-safe.

• Can I also fill the cups and mugs with hot water?

Yes, due to the good insulation properties of the material and the thickness of the cups made from coffee grounds, they can be used for hot drinks with a maximum temperature of 170°C.

• Are your products safe for health?

Yes, all products have been tested for food safety, BPA-free in an independent laboratory in compliance with EU, Vietnamese, and Japanese food law regulations.

• Do the products contain melamine resin and BPA?

Our raw materials and bioplastic products are guaranteed to be completely free of melamine resin and BPA free.

• Can I print my logo on your cups and mugs? Which method do you use? Is it easy to fade?

We use a laser to engrave (no chemical printing) your logo directly on the surface of our products, it will stay intact on the surface for a very long time.

• Will the slight smell of coffee affect the taste of other drinks?

The light aroma from the coffee grounds in the cups and cups will not affect the smell of the drink, ensuring the full flavor of your drinks.
